The following information is provided to assist city of Rocky Ford municipal utility customers.

Statement Mailing:  The city mails utility bills via first class mail through a third party.  The mailings are timed to provide customers their statements no later than the 5^th of the month and usually by the 1^st or 2^nd of the month.

Due Date:  All municipal utility bills are due upon receipt.

Last Day to Pay:  As a general rule, the current utility bill should be paid by close of business on the 20^th day of the month to avoid late fees or disconnection.  The schedule below provides the exact schedule for each month.

Late fees:  A late fee of ten dollars is imposed where payment is received after the payment deadline.
