First Bi-Monthly Coffee held at J.C. Mercantile

Dub Couch, citizen, and Alan Urban, Director of Public Works enjoyed a discussion at the First Bi-Monthly Coffee event January 21, 2011

The first bi-monthly business coffee was held Friday, January 21st at J.C. Mercantile. It was a chance for citizens to visit a business around town, and hold conversations with City Employees and Officials. It’s also a great chance to catch up on the latest news and make plans for the future of the city. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Business Coffee is an event that will take place the first and third Friday mornings of each month from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at a different business each time.  The next Business Coffee will take place on Friday, February 4, 2011, at Fiber Fancies at 916 Elm Avenue from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.   The event will be sponsored by Stelera and the business will provide pastries, and Rocky Ford Economic Development will provide coffee.
